All return shipping purchased through TCG Doctor includes signature on delivery.

Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

      3.2 Insurance

Insurance for international shipments is strongly recommended but remains at the customer’s discretion.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

  • Any local charges

TCG Doctor is not responsible for customs delays, seizure, or additional international charges.

5. Processing and Turnaround Times

      5.2 Express Services

Where an express service is purchased:

Express orders will skip the queue and be prioritised ahead of standard service orders.
